What Aurora properties actually need

Older central and west Aurora homes come to us for fence repair, gutter cleaning under mature trees, interior paint and drywall, and hauling away whatever forty years of ownership left in the garage. Newer builds southeast of town call about deck staining, concrete flatwork, and yards that came with the builder's bare-minimum landscaping.
